Owned and operated by WV Division of Natural Resources. This access has been termed the “submarine launch” by locals because of the long slide leading to the river. It does include concrete steps, but dropping a jon boat on the slide can lead to a rather accelerated launch. That aside, it is a good access with ample parking.
